My experience

15 minutes late going in. I haven’t kept records but I don’t think this is rare. Less importantly there is a space on the receipt for the time and date of next appointment. It’s not filled in. I think I remember the date but not the time.

My experience

I always receive careful, friendly treatment.
The front desk admin is a bit chaotic at the moment, ie personal details have to be repeated at each visit.

My experience

I came for a filling. The dentist numbed the wrong side of my mouth and then said that it could be filled anyway, they then numbed the correct side of my mouth and I received the treatment I had initially gone for.
