Very happy throughout my visit but especially with the work that Armed Armed did on my teeth. Also both he and his assistant Abbie were excellent and made me feel very comfortable with all the work I had on my teeth.

Hygienist very good, put me at ease.
Not impressed with new deposit booking system for hygienist when struggle to get in for a check up which has already been delayed by many months as my original appointment had to be arranged by yourselves.

Friendly staff
Clean and modern practice and friendly staff. The only thing that is a disappointment is there is no decent waiting area, all the patients are cramped in the reception area which is not good.

I am not keen on visiting the dentist but when im booked in with Lisa Dunnaker hygenist I always have a laugh shes like the sister i never had very pleasant and excellent at what she does and she always remembers you and that what makes you feel valued as a patient .

My experience
Service is good, hygienist is friendly. Slightly worrying that I was late going in even at 9.20 in the morning. There is definitely a time management issue at the practice. Whilst I was in the waiting area, another patient was told their dentist would be half an hour late arriving.
It’s also slightly frustrating that we have to pay before we’ve received the treatment, then pay a deposit to book on for the next appointment. It makes it an expensive visit! (£85.50).
