They are lovely people
The staff at the desk were welcoming and professional. My husband had gone ahead while I paid the taxi and he went to sit down while I paid. When we were called it was for upstairs and as I have arthritis I would have liked a little more notice as I find the stairs a bit of a challenge. The dentist and his assistant were very kind and helpful as we have always found. They are lovely people.
