Friendly staff, helpful, the dentists are just so down to earth and chat with you and discuss the treatment well and make you feel at ease, very clean practice.

You're all brilliant

Their customer service skills are excellent! Very polite, most of all welcoming when you go into the practice and get you checked in quickly. I am new at this practice and it’s the best service I’ve had at a dentist's practice. The dentist and the hygienist were super. Not rushed and they made me feel comfortable and able to ask questions. My treatments were fully explained in understandable terms and I left knowing exactly what’s what. Everyone seems down to Earth and tries to accommodate you the best they can. Providing this level of service is such a valuable thing. Hold on to it guys you're all brilliant.

Amblecote Dental Care

Efficiency was good. In and out for a scale and Polish in 8 mins! Great for me. The only problem was having to wait over half an hour before my appointment time due to appointments running late. If someone is late that obviously throws the day back and yes, people are late due to traffic etc so often unavoidable, but surely if the next patient after them is waiting, then slot them in first.

Honest and helpful

Both the dentist and hygienist are really professional and lovely people and honest and helpful! They have helped my oral care tremendously! Additionally the admin staff are really helpful too!
