Treated with respect and kindness

I had a review appointment with my dentist following extraction of 2 teeth 3 months ago. He checked my gums and discussed the options available if I wanted to replace the missing teeth. I also had treatment from the hygienist. I have gum disease despite always looking after my teeth and visiting the dentist regularly all my life, and now visit the hygienist every 3 months. I pay for the hygienist privately, I don’t know why this isn’t included under NHS treatment. The dentist and hygienist always treat me with respect and kindness, as I am a nervous patient!

Appointment was excellent, very thorough

I saw a different dentist due to me having to change my date. Was a little on edge as I am a nervous patient. I needn’t have worried. Appointment was excellent, very thorough with xrays taken and fully explained to me. Felt completely at ease. Would happily have either dentist in future.

Best dentist I have been to

This is the best dentist I have been to. Everyone is professional but always friendly and make you feel at ease. The surgery is always immaculate. I have had bad experiences previously with other surgeries but this one is five star! My dentist Mr Young is brilliant ! He always explains what’s happening and always lets me know about all options available for my treatment. Any work I’ve had done here has always been to a high standard whether it’s with my dentist or hygienist . I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this surgery .

Very clean surgery. Very helpful friendly reception staff as well as dental staff. Very friendly dentist who did my filling put me at ease as I am scared of the drill. Highly recommend.
