Amblecote Dental Care

My wife Joan developed a painful dental condition overnight on 27 June 25. Amblecote Dental Care was contacted by a personal visit from me who immediately arranged an appointment for that morning. Excellent service.

Excellent practice, always had a fear of the dentist but the staff and dentist put me at ease, explained all that was going to happen, really friendly and couldn't fault the treatment and care. Would definitely recommend!

I attended 2 appointments on Friday 14th June. My son’s appointment was running a couple of minutes late, not a massive issue. My hygienist appointment was running 15 minutes late however.
Service is very good, staff are lovely, treatments are of a high standard but appointments are always behind which is poor.

I haven't visited a dental practice in many, many years and as most people do, I waited until pain errupted before I did anything about it. By then, it was too late. I am a very, very nervous person when it comes to dental work but my brother had a similar issue recently and he chose ADC. He spoke very highly of all the staff (reception and dentists). So on his recommendation, fearfully, I decided to ring them.

The reception staff were so understanding and empathetic to my needs. They offered me an initial appointment for a dental examination. On arrival I was made to feel right at ease by all the reception staff. Shortly thereafter I met with Dr Mirza.

He completed his examination, talked me though my issues and the resolution for my pain! Absolutely brilliant, I'm feeling a bit more confident now.

I under-went the treatment with Dr Mirza and I cannot speak highly enough. He talked through all aspects of the procedure and what to expect. I had a wisdom tooth extraction and a filling which is never pretty, but he gave me the confidence to make progress with my overdue treatment.

I want to sincerely thank all the staff and Dr Mirza personally for the professionalism and treatment! Cool guy! I will definitely be much more proactive in the future rather than reactive! Lessons learned.

I have been using Amblecote Dental Care Surgery for a number of years, as a nervous patient my Dentist Mr Young is always able to make my experience a pleasant one.

Staff and practitioners are good and take time to explain about any treatment you may need.

Nikesh has been very accommodating to my anxiety, he goes above and beyond to make sure that I'm in the highest level of comfort possible, I'm very happy to have such a caring dentist.
