As it was my first filling, I was somewhat nervous. My dentist put me right at ease as usual. He and the dental nurse worked efficiently together, meaning I had very little discomfort.
I was also pleased with the friendly reception staff.

An exceptional dentist
Highly Professional, friendly environment from reception through to dental nurses, hygienists and of course the dentists. I'm very fortunate to of had Neil for many years, since he left I've been with Farouk who again is an exceptional dentist I would have no worries recommending Amblecote Dental Care.

Always explain procedures
Always on time, if not, full explanation given. I have been with this practice for years, and will continue to do so.
Always explains what will happen,why and show what's been done afterwards. Very professional at all times - although I can have a laugh as well, which always helps - I used to hate the dentist when I was younger, but I've kept up my 6 monthly checks and surprised my parents, they didn't think I would.

Lovely practice
The staff are always very friendly and welcoming. I had to take my 6 month daughter with me and they made a fuss of her and helped entertain her. I was very grateful! As for the actual service I received, I was very pleased as always. Lovely practice.
