Many thanks to James Wooten, Emma on reception and to the two dental nurses assisting with my dental procedure yesterday. To the nurses..sorry i cannot remember your names... i was not really taking it in...but your reassurances and personal anecdotes really helped! And to James and Emma...you have responded to my anxieties over the last few days with professionalism and a caring attitude (even though it must have been a little frustrating! ). The whole process was much easier than I anticipated and I am feeling so much better today. Thankyou.
