Hygienist appointment. I’ve been apprehensive in dentist chair for couple years now following bad experiences, even with just check up with scale and polish.
However today was a totally different experience, hygeinist was understanding of my apprehension, and we spoke in depth prior to treatment. She was very careful and gentle. My teeth feel fabulous

I have always felt comfortable about having treatment at the practice. Today I had a filling replaced that was done here 15 years ago by the same Dentist. Hoping this one lasts as long.

Thoroughly enjoyed my visit
As always, I was greeted by professional and friendly colleagues on the desk and thoroughly enjoyed my visit with the hygienist and her assistant, who are always friendly, caring and highly professional. My hygienist even said "hello" to my grandchildren, when they face timed me from Melbourne, so that I could wish my grandson Happy Birthday. Lovely personal touches like this make you keep coming back.

As I was going away on holiday, and felt part of my filling had come out, I booked in to be sure. I usually see Pharook but as he was fully booked I saw Ed. I was so grateful that I could see a dentist on the day I’d phoned and when I went in Ed and his assistant were really helpful, kind and efficient. He examined my teeth, did a small patch up job and wished me a happy holiday.
