The staff are all so very professional and accommodating. Keep you updated, and go beyond their job roles to give exceptional service.
My dentist is unfortunately leaving but my time with him was nothing short of outstanding! Very thorough, educated you, always listened to your thoughts and concerns and was extremely good at his job, the nurse are fantastic and are extremely supportive.
The receptionists are always friendly, kind professional and thoughtful with your specific needs.
So far this has been my experience and that’s what I’ve come across in all but one visit, where I had a female dentist (may have been having a bad day) who I felt rushed with and didn’t give me any options other than pulling a tooth.
My normal dentist saved my tooth and had no problems since, as he did great work and always had a high standard.

Replacement filling & clean
Having very sensitive teeth Damimi was very accommodating, she didn’t proceed until I was fully frozen. She also cleaned them manually so I had no discomfort from cold water & air to which I’m very grateful. Damimi is a very pleasant, friendly, gentle & accommodating person & made my experience more at ease. Also the gentleman on reception was very pleasant & friendly too.

I have been a patient at the practice for many many years originally with Neil who was outstanding, when Neil left he recommended Pharooq and Pharooq has continued to look after me in exactly the same outstanding way. I always find all the staff friendly helpful and professional.
