After contacting Amblecote for tooth ache they offered me an appointment within three days. The service on the day was brilliant, as always. The dentist explained everything he was looking at and the appropriate actions required.

Positive Experience
Appointment was on time. Friendly reception staff. Dentist put me at ease during my procedure, explaining every step beforehand. I normally hate going to the dentist and get a bit nervous, but this was overall a positive experience and I felt very comfortable.

Really warming experience
Had a lovely welcome from a receptionist, I believe he was new. He was very welcoming and helpful, and congratulated me on my upcoming wedding. The dentist was lovely, asking questions about personal life and my daughter made it feel more of a comfortable experience, was in and out of the appointment in less than 10 minutes, amazing service.
