Having had a fall at the weekend I went to ADC on Monday morning hoping to see my usual dentist, Dr Murza.
Wishing 15mins he had seen me, patched up my chipped tooth and advised me about things moving forward.
DR Murza has a super attitude, manner and is always clear and honest about all things dental.
A huge thank you to him and the dental assistant, who was also very calm when I was having a slight panic.

I find the service excellent, always feel welcome, find the overall experience better, I wasn't keen on the dentist but you have made it a great experience now.

Edward is reassuring and considerate
I have severe anxiety and depression and struggle going places, but the whole Amblecote Dental Care team reassured me every step of the way, and went out of their way to help me. Everyone’s so kind and patient and totally professional. You couldn’t ask for a better service. I would highly recommend and encourage all those who are especially anxious, to go and see for themselves.

Excellent. Dr Young was excellent. I felt that he had my best interests regarding my dental health. The male receptionist who has recently started is excellent whether I am making an appointment at the surgery or ringing up with an enquiry.

Very good first visit
I was extremely nervous to see the dentist today. I hadn’t been to this practice before and due to being let down by my own dentist of over 30 loyal years! This dentist was recommended.
I wasn’t disappointed. I was greeted with warm smiles and hello’s.
Everything was explained clearly to me and then I sat down to wait for my appointment. I needn’t have been worried! My dentist Ed was friendly, kind and sincere. Very supportive of my anxiety and explained everything to me in a clear and understandable manner.
I will be going back for treatment in a few weeks. Although I will still be nervous because of my anxiety, it certainly won’t have anything to do with Ed my Dentist or the practice, 10/10.

Overall my experience of the treatment I received was excellent. I am quite a nervous patient and both Lilly and Lindsey did their very best to put me at ease which they succeeded in doing. Every part of the process was explained to me. I couldn’t have asked for a better service.

Fantastic level of care
Prior to Amblecote Dental Care my teeth took a pounding. However since joining them they have spent time on correcting it all. They clearly explain what procedure they are going to do and advise you of any changes before making them. The staff are always polite and attentive. I cannot fault them
In anyway I am now far less apprehensive about going to the dentist because the team are friendly and non judgmental.
