Amblecote Dental Care
NHS patient - lovely, kind dentist and I’m an extremely nervous patient; however not sure why I never get a scrape and polish. Must admit I’m glad of this as it hurts; however never had one at this practice.

The girl on reception today should be there all of the time - she was polite, friendly and had manners - all whilst smiling. She deserves some recognition. The hygienist and her assistant were also wonderful as well. Very patient and kind through my minor wobble!

Good service, Dentist is very good, sorry forgot her name, had a tooth taken out, brilliant, so careful and did a great job, can highly recommend this practice including the dental nurse, and those working as receptionists! Did a great job, well done all!

I am more than satisfied
This time round when having a check up I did have to have quite a lot of treatment. Most of it has been done now. I cannot believe how well the appointments have gone and I am more than satisfied with the results.

So understanding and kind
Hospital requested an examination so they could proceed with medical treatment for me. I found the staff to be very helpful and the dentist who did my checkup was so understanding and kind, would recommend.

Only thing I was unhappy about was new system for medical update on counter as my age is 75 and was very nervous useing it in front of everyone in reception as I am very slow and have problems with arthritus in my hands other than that everything was perfect
