Both dentist and dental nurses very patient and understanding of being nervous. Informing of what needs to be done and giving clear information of treatment being carried out.

I was always petrified of a clean and polish but Lisa made me feel comfortable and advised me on hygiene and now I don’t feel nervous anymore.

What really stood out was that when I arrived for my appointment at the reception desk and stated my name the lady acknowledged my appointment and then said," that will be £25.80", I informed her that I would pay, as I usually have, after I had received my treatment.
I was informed that she would have to notify the dentist that I was refusing to pay up front, I responded to go head and to what she needed to do. She informed me that this was a new company policy.
I had my appointment with the dentist and he immediately apologised for the policy change but because some people were not paying for their treatment bill the head office want to be paid before the patient saw the dentist for their appointment. I responded that I never paid for anything until received the goods and was not prepared to pay up front, the dentist responded that I would not have to and that he didn’t agree with this directive from the head office.
My reply was that the head office needs to spend some time researching who these delinquent bill payers and separate them out making them pay up front and that as a person that always immediately pays, like 99% of all your other clients, I don't want and won't be treated as a deadbeat customer. This is ridiculous!

After what felt like a panic attack both Nikesh and his dental nurse were outstanding in the care they showed me.
