From the reception greeting to the treatment itself, everybody was extremely polite, friendly and professional.

I turned up on the 11th of December for what I believed to be a check to make sure everything had healed properly after a tooth extraction on the 28th of November, the Dentist had told me to book an appointment for 3 weeks time after the extraction, I had therefore expected this to be a short visit (unless anything was wrong) including in the cost of the main treatment, but instead I was told that my treatment plan had been ended and this was now a new checkup and would cost me (NHS charge) and also that the dentist had put me down for a checkup every 3 months. Unfortunately I suffer with serious anxiety which means that if I’m going to the dentist I have to medicate to try and lessen the symptoms, today because it was only a checkup I had only taken beta blockers as it was going to be a short visit, which was not sufficient for the stress I ended up with, causing me to stutter and my right arm to start trembling, I don’t carry money or a card when I don’t expect to need them (I was only going to the dentist) so had the embarrassment of having to say I had no way to pay and then get a new appointment - I find it very confusing that a dentist can tell you to come back in 3 weeks to check that everything had healed then end the treatment plan.

The surgery is so clean and efficient and the staff so polite.

Very pleasant lady. Thorough examination and xray to determine tooth sensitivity after I made an emergency appointment two days before a holiday flight.

Always feels clean, everyone pleasant and for a dental practice it feels right.

I attended the Hygienist for a routine clean but with the added issue of a swollen gum. Lisa (Hygienist)and Steph (Dental Nurse) were very professional putting me at ease and explaining the issues. On a closer inspection Lisa decided that I needed to see a dentist before I left the surgery. She then sorted me an emergency dental check up and I was prescribed antibiotics with a review appointment booked for after Xmas. So thanks to Lisa and Steph for their thorough and sensitive treatment and thanks to the dentist for seeing me in her own time, without an appointment. Excellent dental practice, friendly and helpful staff, cannot recommend enough.
