Beyond reproach
My wife and I were both attended, for the first time, by dentist 'Mikey'. His treatment and attention were beyond reproach. He is a credit to the practice and fits in well with the high standards set by the rest of the staff.

My experience
Timekeeping is not good. Every time I attend for either an NHS or private appointment, they are overrunning, yesterday was 25 minutes late. Then we get told it’s going to be too late and asked ‘is that ok?’ Like we have a choice once we’ve struggled to park!

Easy booking appointments
Easy going, always simple coming in and out. Easy booking appointments, friendly like always. Sometimes waiting only a short time in the waiting area but sometimes waiting a while when they are behind.

Had dental emergency .Was seen very quickly by new NHS dentist. She was calm and reassuring. Offered choice of treatments.I will try to get future appointments with her. The hygienist at this practice is also excellent with nervous people and reception staff are very polite and friendly

The treatment I have received so far has been excellent.
I have been treated by Ed, Lisa and their assistants.
I have found that the staff are professional, knowledgeable and explained my options clearly.
I have noticed a vast improvement in my teeth since starting the plan package.
I have managed to book my appointments easily around my work commitments.
