Quality of staff is great. Dentist and hygienist explain dentistry requirements in good detail with options to consider regarding tooth/ gum care.

Made to feel very comfortable

Politeness. Made to feel welcome and are continuing to sort out my issues with my dentures. For someone who had a fear of dentists I was made to feel very comfortable.
