Dentist was calm and friendly
From the moment I walked in I was made to feel relaxed and listened to. The receptionist was very pleasant and professional. Once I entered the surgery the Dentist was calm and friendly and listened to my concerns and explained all the options available to me and give his recommendations, with no pressure to make a decision straight away.

Recent emergency appointment
Very good, warm and welcoming reception staff. I saw Ceri (not my regular dentist) as an emergency. He was reassuring, patient whilst waiting for injection to take effect and did a great job to resolve the painful problem. I need to return for further treatment but Ceri certainly relieved the pain. The nurse was very reassuring and caring.

Superb service
Until this last appointment, Lisa was my dentist and I can say I never had anything to find fault with or criticise. Now that Lisa has retired I have transferred to Zoe where I am given the same superb service. It is so helpful to have such kindness and care - especially when dental processes could feel a little stressful. Please forgive me, but I have forgotten the name of the young lady who assisted Zoe, but I would like to add that she too helped make the experience so calm and untroubled. Many thanks.

My six monthly appointment was as perfect as possible under the present circumstances.
I actually enjoy meeting with Cary and Georgie and would only say that I do not need a receptionist to remind me of my den plan, it was quite unnecessary.

A joy to attend
Great service and wholeheartedly recommend.
Following a retirement of the NHS dentist we had before, I thought our new non NHS one Zoe, would be pushy and quick. I couldn't have been further from the truth.
Zoe was efficient, helpful and took her time to provide very clear advice and information on all our differing needs/teeth!
What with Zoe's professionalism and Jude's friendly reception manner, I can honestly say it was a joy to attend!

Emergency treatment
The service I received was exceptional. I called for an emergency appointment on the first day after a bank holiday after losing half a tooth over the weekend. The receptionist could not have been more helpful and I was offered an appointment within 90 mins. The dentist, Zoe, treated me within minutes of arriving and 20 mins later all was sorted. The treatment (a large filling) was painless and really efficiently performed. She and the dental nurse were professional and friendly throughout. Thank you.
