Very skilled at what they do

As ever, Anthony and the rest of the staff were courteous, friendly and helpful, and very skilled at what they do - the nearest one could come to having an enjoyable experience given that it's a visit to the dentist! Always willing to explain exactly what is going on, and very understanding of any nervousness.

Straightfoward and friendly

Usual efficient and helpful reception staff. Ceri is as ever straightforward and friendly. If there ever is extra dental treatment required he is always able to explain what it is and why it’s required in layman’s terms.

I was very impressed

Got seen the next day, friendly and clean, very professional and the front of house staff are always friendly nice and professional themselves, would be advantageous for the practice and customers if dental plans were explained properly though.
