Treated with care, courtesy and respect
My visit to Elgin Park was as good as any visit to the dentist could be and I am sure better than most. As I am a dental phobic so there is always an element of dread. I am always treated with care, courtesy and respect and I am happy with the treatment.
It is good to be able to sit in the waiting room again.
My only criticism is access. The steps are difficult. When stepping up or down by the gate, it moves around a bit dangerously. The door is heavy to open which makes it difficult to get up and down the steps and there isn't really anything much that is satisfactory to hold onto.

Superb result, very professional
Reception staff very responsive to my call for emergency appointment. Seen promptly and given temporary fix to relieve painful tooth which needed extraction. Further appointment needed within a day due to continued pain. Appointment made with one of my Dentist’s colleagues who extracted the offending wisdom tooth there and then. Superb result, very professional and could not have received better care and response from each member of the practice I was in contact with. Thank you so much.
