Kids' dental check
Key is really how the dentist manages to interact with the kids: making them feel comfortable, responding to their queries and being playful. Kids happy to visit dentist and relaxed and happy to sit down for the check is key... And all the rest worked well.

Excellent treatment
Excellent treatment with good outcomes. Ceri explains the treatment options well. He appears to undertake almost all treatments at the Practice rather than asking patients to go elsewhere for difficult treatment (eg root fillings) as I have found in the past that some other Practices in Bristol do.
Overall I feel more confident of quality of treatment provided at this Practice than at any of the other Practices (several over many years) that I have attended in Bristol - private or NHS.

Elgin Park Dental Practice
My appointment at Elgin Dental Practice all went well. Very friendly and professional. The only drawback was I was asked to pay in full before my appointment. I have never been asked that before. I would prefer to pay after services are provided and not before. I was told this was because they had a lot of cancellations. I don’t think charging those that do keep their appointments is the best practice. Maybe consider why people are canceling instead. Other than that, all was good.
