I was quite nervous before my tooth extraction due to previous bad experiences in other places, the team at Elgin Park were super reassuring and calming, explaining everything on detail, and did an excellent job, everything went smoother than I would have imagined, I highly recommend it.

Check-up and hygienist

6-monthy check-up. Due to covid precautions I waited outside until I was called, temperature check then straight into the treatment room. Review of any problems, x-rays and then discussion regarding an over-erupted molar, with various alternatives discussed and decision made. Then a short wait in an empty waiting room before a visit to the hygienist for some cleaning and tartar removal. All staff in PPE with adequate (noisy) ventilation. Appointments made for 6 month time.

Appointment with Hygienist

Rachel explained all the safety measures that were in place and explained what she was going to do. She is very friendly and a great conversationalist which really helps to put one at ease.

Double tooth extraction

My daughter had 2 adult teeth extracted, 2 more next week. Zoe was just the perfect professional in every respect. She was calm, kind and so gentle. She has a natural way with young people and my daughter was reassured every step of the way. My daughter says that Zoe should get 25 stars not just 5. Thank you Zoe and your kind assistant. We feel confident about our return visit in 2 weeks time - you have completely realigned my daughter's trust in dentists about which I am extremely grateful.

Hygienist

My appointment was with Rachel. I suffer with sensitive teeth and find it hard to tolerate the cold air suction when she noticed this she changed it for a warmer air suction which made a huge difference. She was very efficient and explained everything.
