Recent appointment
The dentist was incredibly blaming of things which I kept telling her was not the case. Once she had stopped blaming me about my daughters teeth her comments of ‘I’m not passing blame’ were not said with meaning as she then went on to blame my daughters father for how my daughters teeth are. I was not being listened to and I found the conversation we were having in front of my daughter incredibly unprofessional. A very very rude and inexperienced dentist who needs to work on her people and listening skills.

A high level of expertise
As always a very happy visit.
Anthony Giles is extremely efficient and always positive about treatment.
He is constant in his manner and displays a high level of expertise. He is friendly patient and gentle and has the ability to see the ‘whole’ patient and so a trust has built up over the years and I feel I am in good ‘Careful hands’.

I have been using Elgin Park for about 7 years.
I have always received fantastic treatment from Anthony, who is a clear, measured and efficient dentist. He also clearly tries to get to know his patients and will often asks questions about things we discussed at least 6 months before.
He is also always supported by an equally efficient and friendly team of dental nurses.
The office team are always very helpful and I appreciate their professional and friendly phone manner.
*Specific COVID point- I have been impressed by the protocols they have put in place to make sure they can still offer their best standard of care in these difficult circumstances.
