Dental appointment
As always Anthony was relaxed, careful to explain the procedure in detail, asking how I am doing, do I have any pain or discomfort, ready to listen to what I have to say. He did one of the putty mouldings again just to be on the safe side. I was entirely happy with this. I mentioned that this was my first outing since a 3 week stay in hospital and as we had run a bit overtime he offered to walk me to the street where a my son in law would be waiting in his car. Anthony is kind and a true gentleman.

Recent appointment
Very welcoming practitioner. Clear explanation of what he was doing step by step. Considerate around pain/sensitivity. Answered all my questions. Happy with the treatment.
I arrived on time at 12:55 for 13:00 appointment. I wasn’t allowed in until 13:20 so stood outside for 25mins, it was -2 degrees outside and snowing. I don’t drive so couldn’t wait inside a car. I wished I was allowed in the lobby or waiting room but I wasn’t.
