Who would have thought a visit to the dentist could be enjoyable! The staff are all great and care! You just know that you are getting the best treatment!

My treatment options were explained clearly to me including the anatomy / physiology and concerns with my future teeth issues.
At each stage during the appt I felt well looked after and confident as to the resulting outcome.
I was overwhelmed by the result and how my new teeth looked .

Fantastically organised to ensure covid safety, dentist was as friendly as before covid. Thought the gazebo outside was inspired, so you didn't need to wait in rain. Brilliant dental practice.

Very easy to get an emergency appointment. Great care. Everything explained very well.

Politeness, punctuality and professionalism.

I was impressed with Jenny on reception who was friendly and welcoming (as was Yvonne). The dentist Zoe was reassuring and I felt relaxed in the chair. Zoe presented as being very competent and skilled in her professional ability. She was also informative. This was my first appointment at Elgin Park. I would throughly recommend this practice to anyone.

Dentist of the year award should go to Zoe Pais. She is a great example of a really fabulous dentist who has a benevolent, caring and empathic manner (especially for a super nervous patient)...and special call out to Yvonne the receptionist too!!!

After researching several dentists in the area and trying to ensure I chose a practice that would make me comfortable as a super nervous patient, I finally plucked the courage to make the call to Elgin Park Dental Practice. It turned out to be an excellent choice.

My initial contact was with Yvonne the receptionist. She made me feel welcome from the start. Nothing was too much for her with my many questions - I could tell from her manner that this was a surgery that cared for its patients. Yvonne helped allay my worries quite a bit..so much so, I went ahead and made the appointment to see Zoe Pais a few days later.

From the second I walked into the dental exam room, I felt comfortable with Zoe despite my extreme nerves. She listened to me - the reason for my fear (past traumatic dental experience) and what I wanted to achieve from the visit. She did the dental exam in such a gentle manner, reassuring me as she went and concluded by explaining her findings.

I returned the next day for a scale and polish which turned out to be a quality experience. I felt so comfortable and valued as a patient that I opted for some further help from Zoe.

I left both appointments feeling happy and content that I had chosen the right dental surgery as a super nervous patient...but also had the right dentist in Zoe to look after my dental health for the future.

Thank you to Zoe for the great care and treatment ..and not forgetting Yvonne for giving me the confidence to go ahead with taking the first step to make the appointment.

Receptionist staff were amazing, Jude really went above and beyond to help and got back to me really fast with useful info. Dr Antony was amazing a great guy and went out of his way to provide great service. Moving to Bristol it is hard to find a dentist you can trust but so glad I went with Elgin Park - thank you all
