An emergency visit
This was an emergency visit, handled promptly and efficiently by all concerned, dentist, dental assistant and reception staff. Working under Covid-safe conditions cannot be easy or comfortable, especially for staff in direct patient contact but the Elgin Park team handled the situation professionally and cheerfully. Elgin Park Dental Practice has continued to deliver there normal fantastic service during the pandemic. Anthony, Ceri, Dental Nurses and all the reception staff have been so supportive and their expertise is second to none. My last 4 appointments during the pandemic had successful outcomes and each visit was well controlled and appropriate precautions followed. They have a great team at Eglin and thoroughly deserve a 5 star result.
