One of the thing you wouldn’t wish for in these crazy days is having a tooth ache.My daughter was in pain and I called Elgin practise for help or advice.They accommodated our needs straightaway and booked my daughter in for emergency next day appointment. Excellent service as usual.Practise adjusted to new situation very well.Great communication, easy to follow instructions.Jude - receptionists lady is always very friendly and helpful and offer the most convenient time for appointment.She arrange emergency appointment for my daughter and explained all changes and procedures.Very friendly lady. Anthony is very friendly professional.He sorted tooth pain with smile on his face.He even came out and walk my daughter to our car as I wasn’t able go in due to lack of childcare.He explained everything clearly.We are very pleased to have such a lovely staff looking after us.Thank you

Appointment cancelled on arrival
My last appointment was cancelled due to an emergency. I was not given any other explanation. I was also not informed until I had arrived at the dental practice. I lost an hours flexi-time/overtime and parking fee and did not receive any treatment.

Toothache issue
Fortunately tooth issue was not serious as because of covid19 virus dentist was limited in what she could do. But everyone I saw that day, receptionist (Jane?) to Zowie, dentist and her assistant were very professional and very caring in this strange times we find ourselves in.

A very good service. the only possible snag is getting an 'emergency' appointment. the receptionists are the gate-keepers for this and one always has to 'plead' ones case to them on the phone. sometimes one has to 'stand ones ground' and be slightly firm about the urgency of the dental problem. i find this stressful.
