Always welcoming and helpful

Nothing could have been improved. The Reception staff are always welcoming and helpful. Anthony is the best dentist in the world and all the family, especially the grandchildren agree.

Best dental care I've ever had

Elgin Park is the best dental care I've ever had, my dentist Lisa is professional, calm and incredibly friendly, never had any complaints and I trust her care more than anyone!

Professional and friendly experience

I have been with the practice for over 35 years and now, although I live a 50 min drive away, I still make the effort to go there. I always leave feeling that I have had the best treatment possible, in a relaxed and friendly practice. Relatively recent redecoration has made the surgery bright, airy and very pleasant.

Friendly, clean and professional. Anthony is a brilliant dentist with a gentle and kind approach; a simple scale and polish did wonders for my confidence. Since joining up with Elgin Park I no longer feel anxiety before a dental appointment. Editing my review to add that I felt extremely safe (re: the pandemic situation) during my most recent visit. Same day appointment

I rang and asked for a same day appointment, as I had had increasing discomfort over the previous few days. This was offered, for early evening, at the end of the dentist's day. Later the receptionist rang and offered me an earlier appointment, due to a cancellation.
The dentist x-rayed and diagnosed the problem. She gave some 'first level' treatment and advice on how I could continue to improve the discomfort over the next few weeks. She stressed that, if there were no improvement, other treatments could be tried and that I would be welcome to contact them again at any point. Her explanations were clear and in lay person's language.

EMERGENCY

I cracked a tooth on some popcorn at the cinema. First mouthful, what rotten luck. With in three hours I was in having my tooth fixed. That was an amazing service. I was so grateful.
