Personable and caring
Mo and Zoe are lovely. They're great at explaining their rationale for/against treatment. All the staff have been personable and caring. I don't normally like the dentist, but I always recommend Elgin Park.

I've always been a fairly nervous person when dental appointments are due, but since finding the Elgin Dental Practice & the expertise of Anthony, who always puts me instantly at ease, I've continued to feel relaxed & confident about the treatments that I've received. I also did some research prior to contacting Elgin Park Dental Practice as I needed, not only crowns fitted - which are impressively created 'in-house' & fitted on the same day, but was also interested in having a dental implant. Professional treatments all under one roof. Jenny, one of their receptionist's has a great manner of also making you feel relaxed & welcome & is very informative about dental processes & keeping you aware of upcoming appointments. I'm extremely impressed with this practice.

Appointment was us usual very good indeed.
The dentist and the staff are warm, friendly and helpful. I feel confident in the care I am given. The waiting area is pleasant. Paintings on the wall, magazines to read, fresh flowers on the table, comfortable chairs. I never have to wait more than a couple of minutes to be seen.

Dr Pais clearly explained her rationale for treatment and the options that were available.
She carried out the work effectively and efficiently.
Reception staff were helpful even though I was 5 minutes late.
I was not notified of the likely cost of the procedure. But I didn't ask beforehand so I don't know how this would have been provided or how accurate it would have been.

All went well, the dentist explained what was going to happen and what I might hear (cracking noise etc). I was then given advice afterwards about aftercare which was very useful.
