Well posh dentist. I went in for an extraction. I was wearing an Underground Resistance hoodie. I was asked to pay straight away before any work was done. Bit cheeky I thought. Dentist was Decent enough, complex job.

Great attention

Great attention, as previously from Mo. Thorough, but also speedy. Mo really engages with me as a patient. I am sure he is the same with all his patients. This makes explaining his actions much clearer.

Excellent

Ceri and assistant were brilliant and efficient as always. There was a bit of confusion about address updating and itemised receipts, but all sorted eventually.

A back molar extraction

I trust implicitly my standard dentist at Elgin Park and so when he told me that my back right lower molar was no longer reparable, I believed him. He arranged for me to have the extraction done by a specialist on Saturday morning; nonetheless, I turned up, very nervous/petrified. But she (and her assistant) was super calm and very reassuring and kind, and a master at her craft; I was out in less than 30 mins. Not an entirely pleasant experience, but painless and 48 hrs later I'm left thinking what was all the fuss about. Nothing but praise for this dental practice!
