Amazing new technology
Mo was great. He pulled out all the stops to ensure my crown was replaced - and managed to do it in one day. I was also seriously impressed with his use of some amazing new technology - and the ability to create a new crown and fix it in a matter of hours! I am very happy with the service he provided and the outcome.

Zoe was most helpful in quickly identifying the source of the mild pain in a lower jaw area. She undertook the minor work required to resolve problem and provided good advice to me as patient to use Tepe brushes as well as floss to help prevent the problem arising again.

My experience of Elgin Park Dental Practice has been excellent overall. There was just one time when I was very disappointed and rather shocked about the lack of compassion and care after an implant. This was due to the brusque persona of the surgeon. (I am an older patient and expected more consideration). But with hindsight I really should have complained afterwards.
On a completely different and general point - I've always thought that it would be really nice if the dentist could just introduce, simply and quickly, his / her dental nurse, just by their first name. It would be so good to know they were not being ignored by the patient on entering the surgery. This could be general practice protocol perhaps? I haven't answered the first question for this reason. Perhaps a name badge would be helpful?
I always want to say thank you but just end up saying thanks to both, - feel she doesn't get much of a look in.
