Reassuring treatment

I had emergency treatment for a loose front crown. Although remedial work could not be done for a couple of weeks I received temporary and reassuring treatment.

Really good experience with Zoe the dentist who I saw
I was a bit fearful of dentists after a bad previous experience, but Zoe put me at ease and was very gentle.
Also she explained everything that need to be done better than anyone before. I look forward to further treatments.

Always helpful and friendly

I attended my 6 monthly check up which had been brought forward a few weeks to facilitate a trip abroad.
I found my dentist to be very professional and friendly. We discussed any concerns I might have and the examination was straightforward. Any questions I had were answered simply and effectively. I next go back for a filling.
I also need to praise the reception staff. They are always helpful and friendly.

Recent appointment

I have always been pleased with the practice but since the pandemic I have not been having my regular appointments, although when I did need an emergency appointment I was given one. I would like to go back to seeing a dentist on a more regular basis.

Extremely impressed

I was extremely impressed by how Zoe explained the best type of treatment option that was available for my emergency visit. This provided value for money and gave me the confidence that it was the best way forward and she also spoke to me about the long term outcomes should the same problem arise again. I was more than pleased with how the treatment progressed and the final result.
