Emergency extraction

I have been a patient if the practice got over 5 years - a very nervous patient! Due to a series of unfortunate events I had to have an emergency extraction over the weekend in another city and I was in pain AND flying to USA on 12 Oct. Anthony and his team fit me at extremely short notice to just check I was ok and prepare me for the trip!

Pleasant, respectful and efficient

My appointment was on time, the receptionist, dental nurse and dentist were all pleasant, respectful and efficient. My treatment was described beforehand and I felt involved in the process and decision taken.

Always a positive experience

Always a positive experience: my dentist is welcoming, caring, explains what's going on and any future work that maybe required. Also explains options available. Is always pretty punctual and at the same time gives you as much time as you need. And he is interested in the whole person - not just the teeth!

The most gentle and considerate

Can a visit to one’s dentist be a joy? Well this comes close. The receptionist treated me kindly and fairly giving me a last minute appointment. The dentist (Anthony) is always wonderful and explains everything so carefully. In my long life I have had dozens of different dentists and experiences and he is by far the most gentle and considerate.
