Great Dental Practice

Elgin Park has been my dentist for the last 2 years. In this time I've had periodic checkups as well as a root canal treatment with a crown.
I'm pleased with the dental treatment I've received. The staff are friendly, and I have found the dentists whom I've had appointments with - Antony and Zoey - to be efficient and professional.
I would recommend this Dental Practice to anyone in the area who is looking for a good dentist.

My last check up

My dentist was extremely thorough, explaining exactly what she was doing at each stage. She discussed in detail the treatment that she was advising which was confirmed by an xray.

Sore mouth

I recently experienced a very sore gum which was making the whole side of my face hurt and was quite scary. I was given an emergency appointment by the very lovely receptionists with Anthony who was as always, so caring, thorough and understanding. A few days of antibiotics and I am pain free. Superb Job

It was the first time I had met Mo since he joined the practice. As I am a visually impaired patient my relationship with my dentist is important as he has to tell me what he is going to do. Mo told me that he was trained at Bristol Dental hospital and his welcoming and helpful approach took away many of my fears. His was first class and I did not feel the injections at all . treatment, since then everything seems fine. And have had no pain . Looking forward my treatment completed in eight weeks time. A small improvement is if people have to bring in documents. Please let us know in advance.

Unexpected filling required speedily

I received an appointment within 24 and the tooth was filled painlessly and tidily together with another small replacement piece.

A top experience from beginning to end

A great experience and service. I got referred to the practice by my mother-in-law who suggested a 2nd opinion from the practice citing her own positive experiences.
So I followed up. Reception were expecting me, didn't have to say who I was and my appointment started on time. Anthony was great, explained the options clearly and let me know the pros and cons of each very well. Was very impressed and would recommend even based on just the one visit to date.

Zoe, my reassuring dentist for a root canal treatment inspired confidence in me as she performed the long [almost an hour and forty five minute] procedure. She was calm and totally professional, in the way she attended to me, checked her work with an x ray before completing it. I had almost no pain afterwards which I think reflected her skill and meticulous approach. I am a very satisfied patient!

A check up for me and a new patient assessment for my son. Both unhurried, informative, professional and skilled carried out by Zoe. Reception staff clear, friendly and helpful when signing up to Denplan. I cannot recommend this practice highly enough.

Always treated with kindness

I generally have a phobia regarding dentists but I go to Elgin Park without fear. I am always treated with kindness and courtesy and my dental treatment looks after my teeth.

Careful and thorough

After a careful and thorough (and considerate) examination I got some good advice in cleaning between my teeth, delivered in an encouraging way that let me know that doing something was better than doing nothing, and not to stop even if not managing to carry out daily. Anthony told me cleaning between teeth was even more important than cleaning my teeth (I will remember that) I really will now try to improve! Thanks for the encouragement.
