Hygienist check-up/treatment

I was surprised to be seen, unannounced, by a different practitioner from the one who I had been accustomed to seeing and had given effective service and friendly service in the past. Continuity of care and relationship maintenance is important to me, so I would have appreciated being told or consulted about this change, and any consequences, beforehand. That said, the new (temporary?) hygienist I saw was very effective and gave me more/better information about my teeth, and the treatment in hand, than I had received previously, so I was happy with the outcome notwithstanding the discontinuity.

I had an appointment with the dentist Zoe for my daughter to have a tooth out and Zoe was amazing, she has so much patience and was amazing at making my daughter feel safe. The nurse Layla was great also. My daughter left laughing. Highly recommend Zoe or anyone at Elgin Park.
