Tremendously helpful and friendly

The reception staff are tremendously helpful and friendly. I am also very pleased with my new dentist ( Mo). I had been with my previous dentist for many years and when she retired I was more than a little apprehensive about seeing a new dentist but my fears were unfounded.
The pre appointment health questionnaire is very easy to complete as it is only necessary to record changes from the previous one.
The pre appointment notification is also much appreciated.
My only concern is that I still feel it is wrong that I can no longer get a NHS dentist in Bristol. People should have a choice.
I have also marked down the treatment scores as since going private, I have received no treatment, only check ups. I was very impressed with the hygienist who I saw 6 months ago.

Needed an emergency appointment to fix some broken teeth. Receptionist answered phone immediately and was very helpful, the dentist I saw also rearranged his day at short notice for me and fixed my teeth to a high standard, you’d need to squint to tell they’d been broken. Would recommend.

I was very impressed

I found the dentist Mo very professional , reassuring and helpful when I had bad toothache which he alleviated.
Reception staff rang me back as promised.
The surgery itself is very charming and clean.
Ceris assessment of my dental needs was thorough, helpful and he explained the complexity clearly so I understand the problems.
Overall I was very impressed with the service.

Emergency appointment

I rang up experiencing pain from a suspected gum infection/tooth problem and was given an appointment same day. After a thorough examination and x-Ray, nothing obvious was found. I was grateful to be seen so quickly and felt reassured by the dentist and her advice to call back if the pain worsened.

Friendly and helpful

Friendly and helpful staff, receptionist, dental nurse and dentist were all great. Totally at ease (I’ve previously had trauma at another dentist), even though I needed to get a replacement filling at my check up. Very happy with the treatment.

Highly recommend

I attended due to a broken tooth. As a nervous patient it took a lot of courage to make that call for my appointment. I had got myself so worried about the various possibilities of treatment However, from the moment I stepped in the room, my dentist Zoe was fab! She has a great bedside manner, she put me at ease, made sure I was comfortable at all times and explained what the problem was, how she would treat it...as well as future considerations. I left feeling like very happy and confident that Zoe was definitely the right dentist for me. Even the dental nurse (sorry, I dont know your name!) was lovely too.
The reception staff are always great too!
I cant thoroughly recommend this surgery for all!
Highly recommend this dental surgery.
