I have been a patient of Elgin Park dental practice for over 15 years. I have nothing but praise for the team. I recently finished my Invisalign treatment and I would highly recommend Anthony if, like myself, you would like your teeth straightened and to have a smile you don’t need to hide.
From beginning to end Anthony was available to answer any questions or concerns I might have. I had regular check ups (I am aware it’s not always available with other Invisalign providers). Anthony was thorough and made sure we were on track throughout the treatment. Nothing seemed too much of a bother. He even managed to organise my retainers at a very short notice to fit in with my travel plans. Most importantly, I’m thrilled with the final result. After 40 years of hiding my smile, I can finally learn how to smile properly without hiding my teeth. Thank you!

Great customer service from the receptionists to the dentist and assistants. Excellent in punctually as we never have to wait more than few minutes to be seen, which is even better when waiting with a 7 year old!

All the staff I met were friendly and helpful. My appointment went ahead on time and Ceri Owen-Roberts spent plenty of time with me, explaining in detail what needs to be done in the future, ensuring I understood and was happy about the whole procedure. I was particularly pleased that at my previous appointment he took very seriously my reservations about losing a tooth and found a way to go ahead with the treatment while conserving that particular tooth - I felt he took my concerns seriously. Covid precautions were in place and were being followed. I was entirely satisfied with the experience.

I was here for a private check-up with scale & polish, my first dental appointment in longer than I cared admit (more the faff with NHS forms after turning 18 than anxiety), albeit just to ensure I had no issues and to get all the inevitable build-up scaled off.

Whilst I wasn't super anxious, Mohammed Saqib put me at ease throughout and was the friendliest dentist I've spoken to. I felt confident giving him a run-down of my dental history, asking questions and being honest about my cleaning habits. He told me I could raise my hand if I got uncomfortable during the scaling (to be honest I braved the mild discomfort as I wanted it over and done with). His advice about caring for my teeth and when I should visit for another check-up was polite and positive. All in all, nothing of the Stern Lecture Dentistry I experienced as a child in my hometown so I left in a good mood.

The reception staff were friendly throughout, right from the first phone call to when I paid after my appointment. I found the prices for private treatment to be the best in the area, being able to get check-up with X-ray *and* scaling in a single appointment is rare, but then again I had no underlying issues requiring further treatment.
