I’d not been to the dentist in an embarrassing amount of years, and have a large phobia of the dentist and can get quite emotional on the chair. It was my first time seeing Zoe and going to Elgin Park, at the beginning I explained to Zoe and she couldn’t have made me more comfortable and be reassuring. Zoe explained everything she was going to do, kept checking in, and was so friendly and compassionate to my situation. Zoe made what I was preparing to be a triggering experience, into a positive experience. Thank you Zoe and the team!!

A brilliant team
A filling fell out. I was given an appointment for the next day which was great. Covid precautions were excellent and I felt safe at the surgery. The dentist and assistant were a brilliant team. They were friendly, professional and reassuring. The filling was replaced with a minimum of discomfort and was expertly done. Highly recommended.

I was in very good hands
First time at the surgery. Was for an emergency tooth fix. Found the reception staff friendly and warm. Gave me a permit for my car which made parking easy and straight outside.
My tooth was assessed and then options of treatment were fully explained to me. A provisional treatment was completed and follow appointments booked and the cost explained so no unexpected shocks at the end.
I felt I was in very good hands and I was getting the best treatment. Actually quite enjoyable if having your tooth drilled can be!

Very happy with the service
I phoned for an appointment for an annual check-up in the morning and received an appointment that same afternoon. I had the check-up, and a repair to a broken tooth, which was excellently rebuilt by C. All done within 45 minutes. I'm very happy with the service at Elgin Park and would not consider using any other dental practice as long as C remains there. I also love that there is a continual display of local art on the waiting room walls and art books on the table to browse.
