I immediately felt at ease

Zoe was very welcoming as usual and I immediately felt at ease. She was very informative about the condition of my teeth and I was very pleased with the appointment. I'd like to add that throughout my 20s I didn't look after my teeth. Since I have been attending Elgin Park embraced the advise I have been given, my teeth are in better shape now than they have been 50 plus years.

Nothing is too much trouble

This practice is consistently the most professional, helpful and friendly. Nothing is too much trouble. Zoe and all the other staff are extremely skilled at their jobs. I wish I had found them years ago!

Very reassuring and professional

I had a routine appointment with the hygienist, under the current Covid restrictions. In spite of the mask visor and noisy extractor fan the hygienist was patient in his explanations and education, and kept me informed with what he was doing the whole time. Very reassuring and professional. Thanks.

Excellent dental service

Excellent dental service. I think however that reception could be improved; it can be a bit clinical and the duplicate checking by Email and phoning to remind appointments/check for Covid symptoms rather over the top.
