A good visit to hygienist Adam. I was surprised to be told, when checking my next dentist appointment, that Lisa had finished and I'd been passed to Zoe. I recognise entirely that staff change over time, but I feel that for a private practice a client's relatively long-standing dental care from a particular dentist warrants them being informed when that dentist leaves. I'd particularly appreciated the experience and attention I had from Lisa in caring for my extensively crowned teeth and receding gums, and I'd like reassurance that these factors have been taken into account.
