Lovely Dentist, really friendly. However, I felt uncomfortable in reception when I walked in. 6 people behind the desk, all chatting, I appreciate it was 9.30am and they had started their day, but they all just stopped and looked at me. It was like I was interrupting; the atmosphere was strange.

Seen as private patient as bad experience at nhs one. Amelia was lovely. She listened, explained and respected my issues. I was very anxious but they were very reassuring
