The dentist himself was great, the receptionist who greeted us was polite and welcoming however when sat in the waiting room the group of receptionists talking very loud about their lifestyle, what they had for tea the night before and what happened on TV. It doesn't come across very professional and certainly not the image the the practice would want to be portraying
