As a nervous patient it takes a lot for me to visit the dentist, however the staff on reception are lovely and make you feel comfortable and my dentist today Wendy is perfect for me, she was understanding and great from the start to the end, keeping me informed of what was happening every step of the way and I came away feeling so much more confident about my next visit. Very satisfactory appointment. The reception staff were both friendly and helpful. The dentist I saw was thorough and reassuring as were the dental nurses. I felt I had wasted their time with my concern but was readily told that is what they were there for.
