Broke a front tooth was seen the morning after by a fantastic dentist. Courteous, friendly and reassuring. Was totally advised of ongoing treatment and told the cost. Cannot praise her or the practice enough for their kindness and professionalism. I'm SO grateful to be a patient if this surgery.

Waited over 20 mins. With no info about running late. Had another appointment at 4.15, so had to leave. Can understand under NHS that delays are expected but when it is private a better service should be provided.

My experience
I had lots of people coming in and out of the treatment room during the appointment, leaving the door open to the waiting room making me feel uncomfortable. In addition to this, the new dentist wasn’t very careful and made even an assessment of the teeth uncomfortable using the spiky tools to move the lips around, I’ve never had this before. The whole experience this time was unpleasant and off putting.
