Recently, I have experienced delays in obtaining appointments due to shortages of dentists at the Apple surgery in Abbotswood.
However, today's experience was first class. I was at the dentist for a tricky filling to be completed. Belen was extremely good at communicating what was happening. Both her and her assistant were very personable and attentive throughout the treatment process. I could not fault them in the slightest.
I hope more dentists are recruited at this practice to avoid delays in future. If they provide the service I received today everyone will be happy.

Urgent treatment for a broken filling
I needed urgent treatment for a broken filling and got a prompt appointment.
All of the staff from reception to treatment were very understanding and professional.
