Emergency Dental Appointment
I have recently had to go to the dentist due to a broken filling and my bridge falling out. The treatment I have received has been fantastic. Wendy makes you feel relaxed and her friendly manner puts you at ease.

Some admin improvements would help
Very good treatment/examination service. Admin improvements - it would be helpful to have an indication of whether dentists are running on time or to expect delays of 'x' minutes, also 6 monthly examination appointments are not advised early enough such that actual intervals can be 9 months. Perhaps bookings could be initiated early enough to take account of the lead time or better still to book next examination appointment on completion of the current treatment.

Empathy was shown for my needle phobia and whatever was used to dull the pain really worked!

I’ve not been to the dentist for at least 18 months, today’s experience was actually stress free, I found Wendy a really nice person, very friendly, and didn’t try pushing me into anything I didn’t want done, I’m hoping I will be lucky enough to see her on my next check up.
