Filling appointment
Both the dentist & the nurse were so kind & patient. I’m a very nervous patient due to being in ITU previously & they were nothing but kind and caring. Make the whole experience so much easier.

Always a tense time in that chair, but Wendy engages with you and thus reduces tension/ concerns.
Professional and courteous springs to mind. Oh and knows what she's doing, which is always a good thing, in my opinion.

Danielle at Reception was lovely and welcoming on my arrival. As was Afzal and the dental nurse at my appointment. Afzal is always polite and professional at every appointment regardless.

Review of hygienist appointment
The hygienist I saw is very friendly, she checks changes to my meds or situation. She explains clearly what she is doing, what I may expect later eg mild bleeding, giving me regular breaks to swallow. Let's me know what to do if I need her to stop. Everything seems professionally done. Very happy.

Hygienist appointment
Always see Sarah Patrick and extremely happy how she cleans my teeth.
Has a polite, friendly manner that helps relax me when I’m anxious about the procedure.
Helps me to understand where I need to concentrate my cleaning on and is sympathetic to how uncomfortable I feel but giving me the option of asking her to stop if too painful.
She makes an uncomfortable experience more comfortable so would highly recommend.

Had a root canal
The dentist I had was amazing, tried being very chatty during to distract me, only negative I would say is I didn’t get told about any after care and what I can and can’t do so had to do a bit of research. Probably my fault for not asking questions but as a patient I had a lot of anxiety so shouldn’t have needed to ask those questions if that makes sense. But got done pretty quickly.
