Thank you so much to the two lovely ladies that carried out my treatment today. They were so fab, I was so worried and anxious, but they made me feel so much better. Really grateful for their kindness.
The practice managed to get me in the same day for a check-up and then they even carried out the treatment that needed to be done whilst I was there.

Hygienist -Recent appointment
The appointment was on time, the Appointment was on time and the surgery was clean and tidy. The hygienist did a thorough job of cleaning the plaque off my teeth.

Dental check up
I have been a patient of the practice for over 25 years. This is the second time I have seen Sarah. She is always welcoming and very friendly. She is very thoughtful and knowledgeable and kind. I have always had a good experience with the surgery.

Broken tooth
I had broken a tooth. I phoned in the morning and was given an appointment in the afternoon. The dentist dealt with it very efficiently and quickly.

The dentist explained the procedure
I had to have treatment in preparation for a crown. I thought this would take an hour but only needed 15 minutes. I didn't cough, gag or splutter during that time so consider the dental visit to be a great success. The dentist explained the procedure being carried out and why it was necessary. I can't pretend to like dental visits but this particular appointment went well.

Dental scan
Friendly and efficient staff. I have mobility issues and the stairs represent a major challenge. I have moved to Apple (Wellington Road) which is far more accessible. Unfortunately the scan service is only available at Abbotswood.

Whilst treatment I received was OK I feel I have been treated disgracefully as I have been told you no longer have the capacity to retain me as an NHS patient despite having been so for the last 56 years.
