The staff are lovely

The staff are lovely, I found the 3 forms I had to fill in on my phone which came through as a text a day before my visit for myself and my kids a bit tedious but that’s my only negative point.

A long standing patient

The fact I was able to have a checkup after being on a waiting list for some time which was due to my last dentist going private.

My experience

Disappointed in time keeping and general lack of patient care regarding resolution of my diagnosis. More interested in charging for another check up and telling me I should have informed them that I could only make Fridays and Mondays despite having a Friday appointment in the first place. I didn't feel like a valued customer/patient.
