Great experience

Friendly Reception Staff, Dentist also very friendly, very professional and plenty of choices and information offered. Dental nurse also friendly and worked well with the dentist. Great experience. Thank you.

Exceptional

The two ladies who were answering phones this morning at Abbotswood (Molly and ?) were exceptional. Whilst I was waiting to be seen (as an emergency), I couldn’t believe the volume of calls they were handling and the amount of rudeness they encountered. Honestly hats off to them both, I don’t know how they remained so calm and professional. A huge asset to your organisation.

The ladies on the reception having to deal with horrible people (scum) they treated them all with great kindness and respect! I know that’s their job but I would have slapped them!
